Transaction Billing
Outgoing calls to U.S. and Canadian phone numbers +
CDYNE charges 1 transaction for the first 60 seconds of a call and 1 transaction every 60 seconds after.
+ International Pricing - Calls outside of the U.S and Canada incur extra charges based on carrier, as seen in this Excel doc.
Transferred calls
A transaction is charged at the time of the transfer and every 60 seconds after, replacing the normal transaction increment.
Incoming calls
Billed the same as outgoing calls, see below for examples.
Transaction Examples
Seconds in the following examples represent the duration of the phone call when the call is connected (ringing does not count). Each call placed is considered a transaction. An unanswered, failed, or busy signal counts as a transaction; however retries to the same number are free if the original call was unanswered or busy when using the TryCount command.
Example Call 1:
17 second call: 1 transaction
Example Call 2:
115 second call: 1 transaction
Example Call 3:
121 second call: 2 transactions
Example Call 4:
121 second call that had a transfer 15 seconds into the call: 3 transactions
Example Call 5:
200 second call: 3 transactions
Example Call 6:
Call attempted with no answer, 0 second call, no voicemail: 1 transaction
Example Call 7:
139 second call: 4 transactions
At 10 seconds into the call, it is transferred and stays active for 129 more seconds.
(1 call is placed, 1 call is transfered, 1 sixty second mark is reached, 1 sixty second mark is reached)
